Ms. Janemary Ruhundwa is the co-founder and the Executive Director at DIGNITY Kwanza, the current chair of TAREMINET. Ms. Ruhundwa is also the co-founder of TAREMINET. She has served as the Country Director of Asylum Access
Tanzania (AATZ), a national office of Asylum Access, a US-based International Refugee Rights Organization whose mission is to make refugee rights a reality. In addition to over 12 years of human rights, refugee protection,
statelessness, policy development, training, and NGO management experience, Ms. Ruhundwa holds an LLM and LLB from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Center for Foreign
Relations, and a Human Rights Certificate from Malmo University. Ms. Ruhundwa is also an Acumen Fellow 2014, an International Visitors Leadership Program (On Refugee and Migration Issues) Alumni.
Mr. Abeid Kasaizi is Chief Executive Officer of Relief to Development Society a National NGO based in Dar es Salaam with field offices in Kigoma, Kagera, Shinyanga and Simiyu. REDESO is deals with humanitarian and community
development and is one of the founding members of TAREMINET. Mr. Kasaizi is secretary to TAREMINET Executive Committee.He holds Master of Business Administration in International Business (MBA-IB) from Indian Institute of
Foreign Trade (IIFT) Delhi India, Masters of International Tax Law from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in Austria, and Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM)
Dar es Salaam Tanzania East Africa.Before joining REDESO, he worked with the Government of Tanzania for 20 years where he served in the Ministry of Finance and later joined the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) where he served
in different capacities ranging from lower carder to Deputy Commissioner Operations (DCO). He served as a member of the East African Community Revenue Authorities Technical Committee for seven years.
